Register / Three steps
Registration, routed honestly.
Registration for WEA programs runs through our registration software, CampBrain. It takes a few minutes, and live availability for every session is shown there as you book. This page takes you to the real system, never a copy of it.

Choose your program
Start with Summer Camps, the Leadership Club and school year trips, or a school group program. Note the week and location you want.
- STEP 02
Register online
Our registration page sends you straight to the registration software: westernadventures.campbrainregistration.com. Create your family account once, then register for any program.
- STEP 03
Watch for your confirmation
Your confirmation includes the details that matter: meeting points, packing lists and what to expect. WEA programs run 100% outside, so please pack everything on the packing list.

The Leadership Club is by application
The Teen and Pre-Teen Outdoor Leadership Club has an application process rather than open registration. Start on the School Year page.
Financial assistance
Financial assistance is available, including for the Leadership Club, and free and subsidized school programs exist. Ask us: info@westernadventures.ca or (250) 888-1622.
Schools and groups
School programs and charters are booked by conversation rather than the registration system. Start on the Contact page.
Adults
Adult Social Adventures listings and sign-up run through the listings linked on the Adults and Private page.
Getting to camp
Classic and Adventure X day camp prices include transportation and tax. For overnight programs, these pick-up and drop-off add-ons are published in WEA's program documents:
